Joel Jens Racing has a full schedule ahead of them. Competing in the World Karting Association Manufacturer's Cup, SuperKarts USA, Florida Winter Tour and the Midwest Sprint Series, Jens will have a busy season on the track across the country.
TonyKart / Verde Speed Resources driver Joel Jens added three more awards to his trophy case following, Round 3 of the WKA Mazda / Bridgestone Manufacturers Cup Series at Pittsburgh International Race Complex. The Switch Racing Engines sponsored driver earned three podium finishes and missed the forth podium by one position as he competed in multiple classes through the race weekend. A great weekend of results would see the past years Triple Crown Award winning driver again in the lead of 3 out of the 4 junior classes. The remaining class would have Jens categorized in 2nd place in National Points closely following the leader by a few points.
Joel Jens Racing is set to pick up the prestigious World Karting Associations (WKA) Triple Crown Award at the annual Manufacturer’s Cup banquet at Kershaw, South Carolina this coming weekend. Kershaw is a special place to Joel Jens, which is where he picked up his first National victory a year ago at the inaugural WKA race at the South Carolina circuit.
